ALD / Drake's Brown Games Trouser
A pleated brown cotton trouser from the capsule Drake's made with Aimé Leon Dore, cut as the partner to their Games Blazer. The shape looks back to the middle of the last century, with a high rise that sits just above the hip, a single pleat and a full leg that narrows gently below the knee. It sits between tailoring and workwear, and can be worn with the matching jacket as a casual two-piece or on its own with other jackets and knitwear.

Di Sondrio Walnut Stretch Chino
We chose a solid walnut brown cotton twill from Tessuti di Sondrio, as it comes close to the colour and diagonal surface of the original's brown drill. We set single pleats, belt loops, a button waistband with zip fly and brown horn buttons to follow the Drake's cut. Proper Cloth offers no side adjusters or concealed fob pocket on this build, so we kept the belt loops on their own and took the standard coin pocket in place of the fob. The cloth has a small amount of elastane, which the rigid original does not.
A solid walnut brown twill woven in Italy by Tessuti di Sondrio, made mostly of cotton with 2% elastane for some give. It is on the heavier side of medium weight, with a smooth, firm hand and enough body to be worn through the year.
