ALD / Drake's Grey Monogram Sweatpant
This is a jogging trouser from the capsule Drake's made with Aimé Leon Dore, which joins the London house's relaxed tailoring sensibility to the New York label's look. The design takes its cue from American athletic clothing of the mid-twentieth century: a flat drawstring at the waist and ankles, slanted front pockets and a heavy, brushed cotton cloth. Chain-stitched detailing and an embroidered crest add a vintage note. It is cut to be worn off duty, and a matching sweatshirt was made to go with it.

Di Sondrio Grey Stretch Cotton Chino
We could not get a heavyweight cotton fleece in Proper Cloth's range, so we chose a solid grey cotton twill from Tessuti di Sondrio with a small amount of elastane to give some of the give that jersey has. We then set the design to follow the athletic shape: a drawstring elastic waistband, angled side pockets, patch pockets at the back and gathered jogger cuffs at the ankle. Proper Cloth adds a zip fly and offers no flat drawstring at the leg opening or any embroidery, so the cuff is a plain jogger cuff and the leg carries no crest.
A medium-heavyweight cotton twill woven by Tessuti di Sondrio in Italy, made of 98% cotton with 2% elastane for a little stretch. It is a plain solid grey with a smooth, firm surface and is intended to be worn in every season.
