ALD / Drake's Ecru Games Trouser
This ecru trouser comes from the transatlantic capsule Drake's made with Aimé Leon Dore, and was cut as the partner to the Games Blazer. It takes a mid-century shape, with a high rise that sits just above the hip, a full leg and single pleats, and it tapers gently below the knee. Side adjusters and a concealed fob pocket give it a practical, workwear character. It can be worn alone or with the matching jacket as an informal two-piece.

Single Pleated Di Sondrio Beige Stretch Cotton Chino
We chose a solid beige cotton twill from Tessuti di Sondrio because it was the closest match to the original's pale drill in colour, weave and solid finish. We set single pleats, side seam pockets, belt loops, a button and zip fly and mid brown horn buttons to follow the original's front and closure. Proper Cloth offers no side adjusters alongside belt loops, so we kept the belt loops, and in place of the concealed fob pocket we used its standard coin pocket. The cloth has a small amount of elastane, which the all-cotton original does not.
A solid beige twill woven in Italy by Tessuti di Sondrio, made of 98% cotton and 2% elastane. It is a medium heavyweight chino cloth with a smooth, firm hand and a little stretch, and it suits regular everyday wear.
