Pink Linen Pintuck Military Shirt
Drake's military shirt borrows its features from vintage service shirts and adapts them for everyday use. Cut on the house's casual block in coral pink linen, it has a pintucked front, two flapped chest pockets and buttoned shoulder epaulettes, with a box pleat and locker loop at the back. It is rinse washed and lightly pressed before sale, so it arrives already soft and slightly lived in, and is meant to be worn as a relaxed warm-weather shirt.

Washed Pink Lightweight Oxford
We chose a washed lightweight pink oxford because it is a solid, lightweight cloth that has already been softened, which comes close to the original's rinse-washed, broken-in feel. We kept the military character with an epaulette yoke and pointed flap chest pockets, and matched the soft point collar, single-button barrel cuffs, front placket, curved hem and mother of pearl buttons. Proper Cloth does not offer pintuck panels, mitred cuffs or a confirmed box pleat and locker loop, so the front is plain and the cuffs are standard barrel cuffs. The cloth is cotton rather than linen and a paler pink than the original's coral.
A lightweight cotton oxford woven from 40s two-ply yarn, lighter and more breathable than a standard heavy oxford. It is solid pale pink and has been washed for a soft hand from the first wear. Like most oxfords it has a gentle surface texture, is durable, and softens further with washing.
