Navy Cotton-Hemp Denim Camp Collar Work Shirt
Drake's camp-collar work shirt combines the open, easy collar of a summer shirt with details from older workwear. It is cut on the house's casual block from a stone-washed Italian denim in navy. The page describes the denim as hemp and cotton, but the label gives it as all cotton. A one-piece yoke with knife pleats gives the shoulders some shape, two mitred patch pockets sit on the chest, and corozo buttons and single-needle seams finish it. It is made in Portugal and is meant to be worn loose and untucked, softening further with use.

Portuguese Navy Brushed Chambray
We chose a dark navy Portuguese chambray because it has the colour and practical weight of the original. Its brushed finish gives a soft handle, though not the faded depth of stone-washed denim. We matched the one-piece collar, one-button barrel cuffs, one-piece yoke, straight hem and natural corozo buttons. Proper Cloth's options led us to a French front rather than a sewn placket and an angled pocket in place of the mitred patch pockets. The knife pleats at the yoke are not part of this version.
The cloth is a 100% cotton chambray woven in Portugal from heavy 20s single-ply yarn. It is solid dark navy and medium-heavy, with a firm, structured body. Brushing gives it a soft, slightly napped surface close to flannel, so it suits cooler days.
