Blue Cotton Oxford Cloth Long Point Collar Shirt
This is Drake's take on the oxford cloth shirt, a staple of menswear for about a century and central to the house's range. It keeps the plain oxford weave of the classic button-down but swaps the buttoned collar for a long point collar with a floating interlining. It has a regular cut and single-needle seams, and is made in the company's Somerset factory. It is meant to be worn equally with a tie or open at the neck.

Clark Light Blue Oxford Cloth
We chose a light blue Pima cotton oxford as the nearest match in colour, weave and solid finish, though it is a heavier cloth than the original. We used a soft, unfused point collar to keep the relaxed character of a floating interlining, a soft front placket, a one-button cuff, a shallow curved hem and mother of pearl buttons. Proper Cloth does not offer a pen holder pocket, so we used an angled chest pocket instead. The made shirt also has a split yoke, a feature not recorded for the original.
The cloth is a light blue solid oxford in Pima cotton, woven with a 40/1 single-ply warp and a 21/2 two-ply weft. It is a heavier oxford with real body but is not stiff. It is a hard-wearing cloth that softens with washing and wear.
