Sand Linen Cotton Games Tunic
The Games Tunic is an overshirt modelled on the military field tunics of the early twentieth century. It sits between a light coat and a shirt, with a proper shirt collar, a waist shaped by darts and four patch pockets carrying pleats and flaps. The cloth is an Italian linen and cotton blend, double-faced and washed after making so that it arrives soft and slightly worn in. It is made in Portugal and is meant to be worn open or buttoned over a shirt or knit in warmer months.

Positano Khaki Embroidered Italian Linen Blend
We kept to a near-identical fibre mix, a little over half linen with the rest cotton, and chose a solid khaki close to the sand of the original. Leomaster's cloth is a dobby with tone-on-tone embroidery rather than a double-faced plain weave, so the surface has a faint diagonal texture and small perforations where the original is flat. We set a soft point collar, one-button barrel cuffs, a front placket, pleated flap pockets in the safari style, a straight hem and mother of pearl buttons. Proper Cloth's pocket and back options led us to a one-piece yoke, and the listed design does not include the original's darted waist or its pair of lower pockets.
A linen and cotton blend from the Italian mill Leomaster, woven as a very heavy dobby in 23s yarns with a soft finish. It is solid khaki, with a small check embroidered in the same colour that runs in a diagonal chevron and opens a series of tiny perforations, giving a slightly mesh-like look up close. It should breathe as linen does and crease and soften with wear.
