Light Navy Fresco Lite® Wool Tailored Jacket
Drake's single-breasted jacket in light navy Fresco Lite is meant as a foundation piece, sold as part of a suit but equally suited to wear as a separate. It follows the house silhouette: a natural shoulder, gentle shaping at the waist and a 3-roll-2 front. It is made in Italy with full canvas, a hand-shaped chest, collar and sleeves set by hand, and a buggy lining that keeps the back and shoulders unstructured. The lapels are cut fairly wide with a full curve along the edge, and the jacket can be worn with its matching trousers or with odd trousers.

Reda Navy Hopsack Bedford Jacket
We wanted a navy wool with an open, airy texture and a dry hand. Proper Cloth does not offer a fresco, so we chose a Reda hopsack, whose basket weave gives a similarly porous, textured surface. We matched the construction and front of the original: soft full canvas, a three-roll-two notch lapel, flap pockets with a ticket pocket, a centre vent, four cuff buttons, a part lining and a black lining. Proper Cloth's button options led us to dark brown horn in place of the original's navy horn.
A Super 110s merino wool hopsack woven by Reda in Italy, in solid navy at around 270 g. The basket weave gives an open, visibly textured surface that breathes well, so the jacket can be worn for much of the year, and it handles well as an odd jacket.
