Navy Melton Wool Games Blazer Mk. III
The Games Blazer Mk. III is the double-breasted member of Drake's Games series, a group of jackets cut to sit at the relaxed end of tailoring. It joins the buttoning and broad peak lapels of a classic navy blazer with the build of a work jacket: unlined, soft in the shoulder, with patch pockets, and cut a little shorter and fuller than Drake's conventional tailoring. The heavy melton is meant to stand up to daily wear, so the jacket can be worn as readily with denim as with flannels. It is made in Italy and finished with brass crest buttons.

Double Breasted Navy Camelhair Jacket
We kept the solid navy colour and the plain, dense surface of the original, and chose a heavyweight navy camelhair because Proper Cloth offered no melton of comparable character. We matched the construction: no canvas, no lining, no vent, a six-button double-breasted front with peak lapels, patch pockets and interior travel pockets. Brass crest buttons were not available, so we used dark brown horn, which suits the softer cloth and gives a quieter finish.
A plain-weave pure camelhair from the Italian mill Tollegno, at 385 g, in a dark solid navy. It has a soft, fine and somewhat silky hand, and it is warm for its weight, which makes it a cloth for autumn and winter. It will not be as tough as a fulled wool melton.
