Corn Cotton Corduroy Games Blazer Mk. I
The Games blazer is a casual sports jacket that sits between tailoring and workwear, cut a little shorter and fuller than a conventional jacket. Its twin needle seams and unlined body recall the work coats of twentieth century artists and craftsmen. This Mk. I version is made in Italy from a broad 8 wale cotton corduroy woven in Yorkshire's Calder Valley, with a soft shoulder and a roomy sleeve. It is designed for everyday wear and can be worn with matching trousers as an informal suit.

Khaki Stretch Corduroy Waverly Jacket
We chose a heavyweight Italian cotton corduroy in khaki, the nearest solid corduroy available to the original's warm corn gold, at a weight that keeps some of the substance of the Yorkshire cloth. To match the soft, informal build we set the jacket uncanvassed, unlined and ventless, with a three-roll-two notch lapel, patch and flap hip pockets and dark brown horn buttons. Proper Cloth's corduroy is a finer 14 wale with a little elastane, and its standard interior pockets take the place of the looped passport pockets. Its fits are also cut closer than the boxy Drake's shape.
A 14 wale corduroy woven in Italy from cotton with 2% elastane, weighing about 426 g. It has a dense, velvety pile in a solid khaki and gives slightly with movement. It should soften with wear in the same way as other cotton cords.
