Brown and Green Houndstooth Harris Tweed® Blazer
A single-breasted sport coat cut from Harris Tweed, handwoven in the Outer Hebrides, in a fine houndstooth of brown and tan with flecks of green and black. It follows the house shape: a natural, soft shoulder, light waist suppression and a full canvas with a hand-shaped chest, with the collar and sleeves attached by hand. The lapels are fuller than usual, with a pronounced belly, and the jacket is made in Italy. It is meant to be worn with tailored trousers in town or with denim more casually, and to soften with age.

Brown Houndstooth Italian Flannel Bedford Jacket
We looked for a brown houndstooth in a dense winter wool and chose a brushed flannel from Lanificio Angelico, since no Harris Tweed was available. We matched the main lines of the original: a soft full canvas, a three-roll-two notch lapel, patch pockets, functional cuffs and dark brown horn buttons. Proper Cloth's sleeve options led us to four kissing buttons in place of two. The flannel gives a smoother, softer surface than the original's hard, hairy tweed.
A dense, brushed 100% wool flannel from the Italian mill Lanificio Angelico, of medium-heavy weight with a soft, napped hand. It is woven in a medium-contrast houndstooth made up of several shades of chocolate brown, suited to autumn and winter wear.
