Drake's by A. Levine Black Cotton-Linen Games Blazer Mk. IV
The Games Blazer Mk. IV is a limited edition jacket developed by Drake's with Aaron Levine, taking the framework of a tailored blazer and loosening it into something closer to workwear. It is cut generously in a black cotton and linen duck canvas from a long-established Japanese mill and made in Italy, with no lining, no structure and a soft natural shoulder. Its details come from old work uniforms: a cluster of patch pockets, embroidered eyelets and pin buttons that can be taken off for washing. It is intended to be worn hard and to soften and crease with use.

Black High Twist Cotton Sullivan Jacket
We chose a solid black high-twist cotton twill from Tessuti di Sondrio because it is the closest dense, matte black cotton on offer, though Proper Cloth has no cotton-linen duck canvas. We matched the cut as closely as the options allow, with no canvas and no lining, a 3-roll-2 notch lapel, patch flap pockets and dark brown horn buttons to echo the original's brown horn-effect buttons. Proper Cloth does not offer removable pin buttons or embroidered eyelets, so we used conventional sewn buttons and a three-button non-kissing sleeve, and added side vents.
A 100% cotton twill woven by the Italian mill Tessuti di Sondrio from tightly twisted yarns, in a solid black at a medium heavy weight. It has a smooth face, a clean drape and some natural resistance to creasing, and the high-twist yarn gives it a slightly open, breathable weave suited to spring through autumn.
