Navy Merino Wool Games Trouser
The Games Trouser is a navy flannel trouser built for daily wear in most weather and on most occasions. Its shape comes from mid-century tailoring, with a high rise that sits just above the hip, a full leg and a gentle taper below the knee. A single forward pleat gives room to move, while side adjusters, belt loops and a concealed fob pocket give it a practical, utilitarian character. It is meant as a dependable base for a wardrobe, worn through the year.

Single Pleated VBC Navy Wool Flannel Dress Pant
We chose a solid navy merino flannel from Vitale Barberis Canonico to match the colour, the brushed flannel surface and the all-wool content of the original. We set a single pleat, belt loops, a zip fly with an extended button tab, side seam pockets, a plain uncuffed hem and a flap coin pocket in place of the fob pocket. Proper Cloth's design as made has no side adjusters, so this version relies on belt loops alone. The buttons are dark grey horn rather than tonal navy.
A merino wool flannel woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico in Biella, Italy, at about 340 g. It is a solid dark navy with a soft, brushed nap, and it is suited mainly to autumn and winter wear.
