Sand Vintage Wash Cotton Games Trousers
Drake's made these trousers to go with its Games Blazer, so that the two can be worn together as a casual suit that sits somewhere between tailoring and workwear. The cut follows a mid-century shape, with a high rise that sits just above the hip, a full leg and a single pleat, narrowing gently below the knee. Side adjusters and a hidden fob pocket give them a practical character. They are made in Italy from a vintage-washed Japanese chino cloth and can be worn alone or with the matching jacket.

Di Sondrio Khaki Heavyweight Heirloom Chino
We chose a solid khaki cotton twill from Tessuti di Sondrio because it is close to the colour and weave of the original's chino cloth, though it is considerably heavier and has a smoother, unwashed finish. We matched the single pleats, high rise and loose fit, the belt loops, zip fly, flapped back pocket and horn buttons, and kept a plain hem. Proper Cloth offers side seam pockets rather than the original's angled vertical pockets, and the design does not include side adjusters or a fob pocket, so we used belt loops alone and left the fob pocket out.
A very heavy 100% cotton chino cloth woven by Tessuti di Sondrio in Italy, in a dense three-ply twill with a smooth surface and a solid khaki colour. It is firm and substantial, made after the pattern of wartime American officer chinos, and should hold up well to hard and lasting wear.
