Green Brushed Cotton Twill Camp Collar Long Sleeve Shirt
Drake's long-sleeved camp collar shirt takes the form of a utility shirt and makes it in a brushed green cotton twill. Two pleated chest pockets with buttoned flaps carry small items so the trouser pockets can stay empty, and the open collar and rounded single-button cuffs keep it easy to move in. It is made in Somerset with single-needle seams and mother of pearl buttons, as are the house's other shirts, and it is worn as an outer layer or on its own with casual trousers.

Japanese Olive Cotton Selvedge Twill
We chose a Japanese olive selvedge twill because it is the nearest Proper Cloth offers to a solid green cotton twill of real substance, and its casual wash gives the soft, worn-in hand that the brushed original has. We set a soft one-piece collar to sit open like a camp collar, Safari pockets for the pleated flap chest pockets, one-button cuffs, a shallow curved hem and mother of pearl buttons. Proper Cloth offers no brushed finish on this cloth, so we relied on the wash for softness, and we chose a French front, which leaves this version without the original's placket.
A 100% cotton twill woven in Japan on selvedge looms from 20s single-ply yarn, in a solid warm olive green. It is a medium-heavy cloth, and each shirt is washed after sewing, which leaves it soft and broken in, with some puckering along the seams.
