Navy Wool Flannel Double-Breasted Tailored Jacket
Drake's navy flannel double-breasted jacket takes the long-established navy blazer and cuts it in the house's closer tailored pattern, which is trimmer than its Games range. It is half-canvassed and made in Italy from Italian mid-weight wool flannel, with a soft natural shoulder, a 6x2 button arrangement and a gently curved peak lapel. Patch hip pockets, a smaller patch ticket pocket on the right and a boat-shaped breast welt give it a relaxed character, and it can be worn alone or with the matching flannel trousers.

Reda Navy Italian Wool Flannel
We chose a solid navy wool flannel from Reda because it matches the original in fibre, colour family and weight, at 290 g against Drake's 10oz. We set the jacket as a soft half-canvassed six-button double-breasted model with peak lapels, patch pockets and dark brown horn buttons to follow the original's construction and finish. The Reda cloth is brushed and slightly mottled, so it reads a touch lighter and more textured than a flat dark navy, and Proper Cloth's standard sleeve finish is a set of four working kissing buttons rather than a small decorative button detail.
A brushed merino wool flannel woven by Reda in Italy, a twill of medium weight at about 290 g with a soft, fuzzy surface. The colour is a solid navy a little lighter than a classic dark navy, mingled with paler tones for a gently mottled look, and it suits autumn and winter wear.
