Olive Herringbone Cotton Games Blazer Mk. I
The Games blazer is Drake's soft, informal jacket, owing as much to workwear as to tailoring. The Mk. I has a three-roll-two front, a boxy body, a patch chest pocket, two patch and flap hip pockets and a generous sleeve. It is unlined and joined with twin-needle seams, which recalls the working jackets of twentieth-century artists and craftsmen. It is cut a little shorter and fuller than the house's tailored jackets, and there are matching trousers so it can be worn as a relaxed two-piece. This version uses an olive herringbone cotton woven in Valtellina.

Fatigue Seersucker Stretch Waverly Jacket
We chose a cotton cloth from an Italian mill in a fatigue green, as close as we could get to the olive of the original. Proper Cloth had no matching cotton herringbone in this shade, so we took a seersucker, which still gives the surface some texture. We copied the construction: no canvas, no body lining, a three-two roll notch lapel, patch and flap hip pockets, a centre vent, dark brown horn buttons and interior traveller pockets. The sleeves have a striped lining, which the original does not have.
Zanieri in Italy weaves this stretch seersucker from 97% cotton and 3% elastane, at 280 g. The colour is a plain fatigue green with no pattern, and the puckered seersucker surface gives it texture. It is a medium-weight cloth with a little give. Seersucker naturally looks slightly creased, so it suits a relaxed jacket.
