St. JOHN by Drake's Tobacco Cotton Games Blazer Mk. I
The Mk. I Games Blazer is Drake's casual single-breasted jacket, which borrows as much from workwear as from tailoring. It is cut shorter and fuller than the house's traditional jackets, with a boxy, unstructured body, a generous sleeve and an unlined construction finished with twin-needle seams, a nod to the working jackets of twentieth-century artists and craftsmen. This version is made in Italy from a Japanese cotton twill in tobacco. It can be worn on its own or with the matching trousers as an informal two-piece.

Khaki High Twist Cotton Sullivan Jacket
We chose a solid cotton twill from Tessuti di Sondrio because it is all cotton and has the dry, firm hand of the original. The closest colour available was khaki, which is lighter than tobacco. We set an uncanvassed, unlined build with a 3-roll-2 notch lapel, patch and flap pockets, a centre vent, dark brown horn buttons and traveller interior pockets to follow the Drake's details. Proper Cloth's construction does not offer the twin-needle topstitching or the deliberately short, boxy workwear cut, so the jacket follows its own unstructured pattern instead.
A 100% cotton twill from the Italian mill Tessuti di Sondrio, woven from high-twist yarns in a medium-heavy weight. The tight twist gives a smooth, slightly open cloth that breathes well, drapes cleanly and resists creasing. It comes in a plain khaki and suits spring through autumn.
