Camel Cotton Twill Field Games Blazer
The Field Games Blazer is a single-breasted cotton jacket drawn from English sporting dress and adapted for country, travel and casual use. It belongs to a family of games blazers cut a little shorter and fuller than a conventional tailored coat, with no structure and no body lining. Its workwear references include patch pockets with a touch of western seaming, a throat latch beneath the collar and removable pin buttons, a nod to uniforms whose hardware was taken off for washing. It is meant to sit between the tailored and the casual, worn easily over shirts and knitwear.

Khaki High Twist Cotton Sullivan Jacket
We chose a solid khaki cotton twill as the nearest match to the camel Japanese twill, keeping the plain, matt surface and midweight body of the original. We set the jacket unstructured and unlined with a 3-roll-2 notch lapel, patch pockets, a ventless back and dark brown horn buttons to follow the original's soft, practical character. Proper Cloth offers no throat latch, western pocket seaming or removable pin buttons, so we kept to plain patch pockets and conventional sewn horn buttons.
A high-twist cotton twill from the Italian mill Tessuti di Sondrio, in a solid khaki at a medium-heavy weight. The tightly twisted yarns give a smooth, slightly open cloth that breathes well, drapes cleanly and resists creasing, so it suits mild weather and travel.
